Dexter Davis (He/Him) is a motivational speaker, advocate, and artist currently living in Hampton, VA. He aims to create competent, capable, and confident leaders through inspiration, motivation, and education.
Who is Dex?
Dexter Davis is dedicated to helping businesses and organizations become more educated about the LGBT community. Employers and staff often lack knowledge and training about how to engage with the LGBT community, which can lead to discrimination in hiring and retention practices, as well as a lack of understanding of the needs of their diverse employee base.
